I like to bring an element of playfulness into my classes and hope everyone will enjoy yoga as much as I do. My intention is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. 

I graduated from Flow Academy in March 2017 with 200 hours RYT in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and also completed a 100 hours advanced teacher training with them in early 2020 which included Yin Yoga, Meditation, Restorative yoga and Lunar Vinyasa Flow. I currently teach in Newtownabbey and Belfast, offering both group and private yoga classes.

I first discovered yoga in my late teens, as a way to maintain flexibility and build strength. I was completely unaware back then what a profound effect yoga would have on my life. I practiced at home for many years before actually setting foot in a yoga studio. Under the guidance of some wonderful teachers, my practice changed completely. This fuelled my passion to share the remarkable benefits of yoga with others. I am a firm believer in the capacity of yoga to heal on both a physical and emotional level.

I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK and am an Accessible Yoga Ambassador.
